This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the County of Northumberland (the “County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for County Road 45 and County Road 18 Class Environmental Assessment as further described in the RFP documents. Northumberland County intends to retain a qualified consultant to undertake a Schedule 'B' Municipal Class Environmental Assessment and preliminary design for County Road 45 (CR 45) from Browns Road in Fenella to Halstead Road in Roseneath and County Road 18 (CR 18) from Roseneath Landing Road to CR 45 in the Township of Alnwick/ Haldimand. The project is being undertaken in partnership with Alderville First Nation (AFN). The study area includes AFN reserve lands in which both CR 45 and CR 18 pass through, a living community in the traditional territory of the Michi Saagiig Anishinaabeg.
