The County intends to invite the pre-qualified General Contractors to participate in a second-stage competitive procurement process in the first quarter of 2020. The General Contractors will only be permitted to use those sub-contractors that are pre-qualified through this RFSQ process for the mechanical, electrical and structural components of the GPL Project.
All prequalified contractors will be notified when the subsequent bid has been issued.
