This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the County of Northumberland (the “County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Design Build of a Modular Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) at 129 Kent St. Campbellford, as further described in the RFP documents.

Design, Supply, Turnkey Installation, including all required site work such as grading, utility connections, foundation, Driveway and Access Improvements, craning support, and final site restoration for a Two-Unit Modular ADU.
