Description: 

This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Corporation of the County of Northumberland to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the role of Site Advisor – Owner’s Representative for the Construction of the Golden Plough Lodge, County Archives and Museum Redevelopment Project whose main responsibilities include constructability reviews, construction oversight, and construction project management. The Site Advisor will be required to work closely with the Architect (and sub-disciplines), its contract administrator, and the contractor in order to provide the County with expertise in construction and enhanced site representation during the construction phase, as further described in the bid document(s).
