Description: 

The intent of these specifications is to outline the requirements necessary to enforce recreational use in the County Forest under By-law 21-10.  This includes patrolling trails and parking lots, educating the public on permitted Forest use, issuing tickets, traffic tags and summonses and providing daily reports.   

The goal is to ensure the safety and enjoyment of Forest users.  

The total area of the enforcement will encompass the entire Forest with a focus on popular areas and trails.
