This Request for Quotation (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the County of Northumberland (the “County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Transportation of Food Waste as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”) on an as and when required basis for a period of one (1) year with the option to extend for up to an additional one (1) plus one (1) year period to the County of Northumberland in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Request for Quotation.
