| Description: | The Corporation of the County of Northumberland (the County) is inviting proponents to submit proposals for the provision of engineering services to complete building condition assessments and validation for designated portfolio properties and to revise the information contained in the County’s Asset Planner software to reflect actual site conditions. The work also includes the generation of capital reserve fund forecasts for specific housing properties. |
