This Request for Quotation (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the County of Northumberland (the “County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Transportation and Recycling of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”)
