Description:  The County of Northumberland, Municipality of Brighton, Municipality of Port Hope, The Municipality of Trent Hills and the Town of Cobourg plan to enter into contractual arrangements for the general maintenance of traffic signal lights, beacon lights, light standards, traffic signal controllers and cabinets in Northumberland County, Municipality of Brighton, Municipality of Port Hope, The Municipality of Trent Hills and the Town of Cobourg.

This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the County of Northumberland to prospective bidders to submit bids for Traffic Signal & Street Light Maintenance, as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
