This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the County of Northumberland (the “County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Communications Master Plan as further described in the RFP document.

Northumberland County is seeking a facilitator to collaborate with the Communications Department to develop a 10-year Communications Master Plan. This plan will set the direction for the County’s strategic communications and community engagement activities over a 10-year period.
