This Request for Quote (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of Pickering (the “City”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Structural Repairs at Don Beer Arena Rink 3, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
