This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the County of Northumberland (the “County”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for the Supply and Delivery of Floor Scrubbing Equipment that will equip the new LTC facility, Golden Plough Lodge, as further described in the RFQ documents.
