Description: 

This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the County of

Northumberland (the “County”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Upgrades to Transfer

Stations at Brighton Landfill Site, Bewdley Transfer Station, Seymour Transfer Station, as

further described in the bid documents.

The County of Northumberland plans to enter into a contractual arrangement for construction of

upgrades to the transfer stations at its Brighton Landfill and its Bewdley and Seymour Waste

Transfer Stations.

Works will include, but are not limited to, the construction and/ or installation of Scale, Staff and

Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) buildings, the installation of concrete bunkers, guiderails,

sidewalks and utility upgrades and servicing connections, including various works, as detailed in

the Contract Technical Specifications and Drawings.
